Client – The GPT Group

Date of completion: October 2012

Purple Life was asked to develop and implement an Operational Launch Plan for Stage 1 of The GPT Group’s $300 million development of the Highpoint Shopping Centre.

Working closely with the Centre Management, Project Management and Development teams, Purple Life delivered a comprehensive plan which addressed all operational requirements for the newly developed parts of the centre.

On opening day, the operation of Stage 1 was seamlessly integrated with the operations of the existing centre, and catered for the expected additional customer traffic.

The Operational Launch Plan was subsequently used by the Centre Operations Team to address the operational requirements for Stage 2 of the development.

“Working with great people on any project is always rewarding. Albeit the hours were long and there was a substantial amount of work to do in a short period of time, this was an exciting project to work on with a wonderful group of people. An enjoyable and rewarding experience.”
